Planeta SEO
Legal

Terms of use

Written so it can actually be read. If anything here is unclear, ask before you buy rather than after.

1. Who the seller is

Planeta SEO is made and sold by Planeta racunari, Aleksander Krsmanovic PR, Milice Pavlovic 32, 32000 Cacak, Republic of Serbia, Tax ID (PIB) 106957267, registration number 62397314.

For anything at all, including support, write to office@planeta-racunari.rs.

2. What you are buying

You are buying a licence to use the Planeta SEO plugin on a set number of sites, according to the plan you chose. You are not buying ownership of the software, nor the right to resell it.

The licence is paid once and has no end date. It lasts for as long as the product exists, including every update released along the way.

3. How many sites it covers

Development addresses, meaning localhost, anything ending in .local or .test, and staging subdomains, do not use up licence slots. The number of such activations is capped to prevent abuse.

If you retire or move a site, the Licence screen has a button that frees the slot so the same key can be used elsewhere.

4. Updates and support

Updates arrive through WordPress, exactly like any other plugin, and are included at no extra cost.

Support is by email, in English and Serbian, during the working day. We answer questions about how the plugin works. Support does not cover writing content, SEO consulting, fixing your site, or work on your theme or other plugins.

5. What happens without a valid licence

The plugin keeps producing everything it outputs on your site: titles, meta descriptions, canonicals, structured data, the sitemap and every redirect. What locks are the tools inside the admin.

This is deliberate. Switching off the output would mean a site that worked yesterday loses its titles today and its redirects turn into 404s, and no customer deserves that under any circumstances.

6. What we do not promise

We do not guarantee search positions, visitor numbers, or any business result. No tool can, because ranking is decided by the search engine and not by a plugin.

The plugin is supplied as it is. We work to keep it correct and fix faults as soon as we learn of them, but we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit, or the consequences of decisions you make based on its findings.

Our liability is in every case limited to the amount you paid for the licence.

7. How a licence can be lost

A licence may be revoked if the key was used beyond the number of sites in the plan, or if the plugin was modified to bypass the licence check.

Even then the site keeps working; only the tools lock.

8. Your data

When a licence is activated, the plugin sends our server the licence key, the site address, the plugin version, the WordPress version and the PHP version. We use that only to know where the licence is in use and to deliver updates.

Your site content, your text, your visitors' data and your Search Console data never leave your site. Search Console data travels straight from Google to your server, without passing through us.

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms as the product changes. Changes do not reduce rights you acquired when you bought. The date of the last change is at the bottom of this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes fall under the court in Cacak if they cannot be settled by agreement, and we always try agreement first.
